	ICTIS provides 2 solutions to make the UMSO's life easier. Caliburn Caliburn is a fully integrated database system for importing, analysing and summarising customers' half hourly inventory files, and provides the necessary files for importing into either Lailoken or LAMP. Ector Extor manages the non half hourly customers. It looks after the entire process from sending the notification of MPAN letter, to producing the EAC certificate. Inventories can be entered either electronically or manually, and maintains a full EAC history for audit purposes.
